Debbie Sink, who is the TopCat School administrator, experiences date back to the 1980's in the corporate national sales environment. We find it an excellent background as she coordinates the functions of our forward focused national company. When she left that corporate environment to challenge the job of being a stay at home mother, she continued to approach all the related volunteer positions with the same commitment to organization, coordination and completing those tasks without the need of constant supervision.
Debbie juggles the complexities of the AHA's diverse client population. She is the first person to arrive and the last to leave on most days. Her determination to address all the details makes her an incredible asset to the AHA team. She is smart, funny and mature enough to take each moment as a blessing. She remains focused to complete the reams of paper filings necessary to assist our clients to stay in compliance with all the state and federal regulators.
Whether it is arranging all the details of producing a single lunch and learn or an entire national conference for our educational schools. Debbie's painstaking attention to the details contributes to our success. Her ability to organize, coordinate, dispatch all of her duties and wrap them up with a Martha Stewart bow, invigorates us all and is demonstrated daily by the high praise our clients share about her.

Kathy has been a healthcare consultant and educator since the early 1980's. Kathy's firm, Associated Healthcare Advisors, Inc. (AHA) relocated from Annandale Virginia to Central Florida in 1989. TopCat Schools, established in 1999, is the educational marketing division of AHA which provides continuing education to assists the licensed professional in meeting the challenges of licensure and certification retention by providing excellence in educational offerings throughout the country and internationally. Kathy's consulting client population includes all the healthcare disciplines.
Kathy is trained as a nurse and risk manager, she has been certified in both disciplines as well as holding current certifications in compliance, coding and healthcare business consulting.
Kathy received her nursing degree at Prince Georges College and a healthcare management degree from George Mason University. She demonstrates her commitment to service as the current president of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants as well as past president of the Society of Medical Dental Management Consultants. Kathy's love for the educational process has been fulfilled by her experiences as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College, Seminole State College as well as the TopCat school.
She has authored two books for the American Medical Association titled: Medical Office Policies and Procedures and Tools for the Efficient Medical Practice. In addition she authored several chapters in Aspens Publications; Managing Your Medical Practice and is a contributing editor to several medical management magazines such as Medical Economics, AMA News, Family Practice and Doctors Digest. She is on the advisory boards to Winter Springs High School, Central Florida College as well as Medscape/WebMD.
